Address check
what the registers know about this building.

Enter a Dutch address. You get construction year and floor area, the registered energy label, neighbourhood statistics, environmental noise and air quality, whether it is a listed monument or sits in a protected townscape, and the schools nearby.

Try:

What you see here that is missing elsewhere

Whether we actually found the right building. That sounds obvious, but it is exactly where things go wrong. Search for "Binnenrotte 101, Amsterdam" and you will find that street exists in Rotterdam — and most services hand you that building as if nothing were amiss. This check tells you when the address you asked for was not found with certainty.

What follows from the construction year, without presenting it as fact. A 1921 build does not mean there are lead pipes. It means it is worth asking. That distinction is stated explicitly.

When registers contradict each other. If the buildings register gives a different construction year than the energy label, we show both instead of quietly picking one.

What it does not do

No valuation and no market value. No asking price, no ground-lease terms, no owners-association details and no ownership history — that data is not freely available. This is also not a building survey: it does not replace an inspection, it tells you what to look at.

Privacy

No account, no cookie, no tracker. The address you enter is not stored and not logged. Your browser queries the service directly.

There is deliberately no separate web page per address that search engines could index. This form performs one lookup at your request and leaves nothing behind.

Some of the sources are licensed CC BY 4.0, which makes attribution mandatory. It is included with every response from the underlying API in the provenance field.
